Use of the Trippy Tees website portal along with its user-interface is the sole responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to amend the user-interface design and usability without notice.
Garments that have been printed, embroidered or altered in any way or form does not qualify for return. Please ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your items before altering.
Unbranded garments will only be eligible for return within 10 days of purchase and will incur a 10% handling fee based on the total value of goods returned. An invoice/invoice number must accompany all returns. For all returns, a credit note for future use will be issued. Refunds made to the customer’s banking account is at the discretion of management.
All 100% cotton garments have been tested for quality standards. Any shrinkage of the material will be within the accepted SABS standards if the washing instructions provided on the garment label have been adhered to. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for responsible for incorrect washing of garments. Vic Bay garments conform to the Apparel Wear and not Industrial Wear.
Issues regarding orders such as defective items, delay in producing and/or pricing may be brought forward to your sales consultant and/or management, please contact your consultant via the email address, if you are unsure of the email address of your consultant, you may submit a query to hello@trippytees.co.za.
Submission of your own items/garments for branding is at own risk, any unforeseen circumstances that leads to damage of your own items/garments during the production stages is not the responsibility of Trippy Tees, unless agreed upon by Management. It is best practice to have an additional item/garment for safety purposes should a circumstance arise.
